Among recent projects, Tina and Alex can be heard together in a quartet setting on New Texas Swing (CreOp Muse, 2002), and with CO2 on Iraqnophobia/Wake Up Dead Man (VoxLox, 2005).
The duos and trios of It's Possible reunites Alex and Tina with Steve Feld, who performed and recorded with them in Austin in the late 1980s in Leadbelly Legacy Band and Live Action Brass Band. In recent years Steve's research has taken him to Ghana, where he learned the ashiwa rhythm box bass and toured and recorded with Accra Trane Station. When Accra Trane Station came to New Mexico in 2007 Alex joined them in concert and for the recording of Topographies of the Dark (VoxLox, 2008).
